Shipping and Handling
Due to vast size and weight differences with each piece of art, shipping and handling charges are difficult to pre-determine. To ensure successful delivery, in most cases a professional packer and shipper is used. If the item requires special packaging such as a crate, their may be additional shipping and handling costs. Mode of transport is usually ground courier or air, with air preferred for larger or higher end pieces, or for next day delivery. If the art piece fits within UPS or FedEx guidelines, they would be the carrier of choice I would contact you at that time to determine the exact cost for your location. These carriers also provide the necessary Canada Customs forms for the art entry into the US. You can generally assume that if you buy an item that I have in stock, you will receive it within one to three weeks of placing your order. Delivery times do vary, and custom commission pieces are made on a first come first serve basis. For custom crafted art or Life Journeys, the client and I need to factor in the time necessary in the gathering and sending of meaningful items to include in these very personal creations. It’s definitely worth the extra steps to include a mailing of your own mementos!

Commissions and Pricing Policy
This unique style of mosaics continues to take me through a wonderful journey of creative process, and love to share this journey with clients through a personal designed commission. I welcome your involvement in perhaps the design, color palette or even emotions or feeling you want to convey. I encourage the customer to add any mementos, photographs, and sentimental trinkets that can be woven into the art pieces story. Exchanging ideas, designs and quotes can be handled in person, by phone or by email. Pieces are never started (and no money outlaid) until the design, costs, delivery times and method are agreed upon. Pricing for commissions will vary due to size, materials and complexity of each piece. After consultation regarding size, design layout and materials, I will have a better idea of the pricing and will communicate back to you. For commissions to proceed, I normally ask 50% in advance and 50% on completion. When you wish to make a payment, I will accept money order, certified cheque or Paypal.
